Flåm has quay space for one cruise ship. There is also anchorage space for one large ship or two smaller ones at the same time.
Gudvangen has plenty of room to anchor, but the capacity of the tender quay is limited. The tender quay is owned by Gudvangen Hotelldrift AS, Gudvangen Fjordtell. Contact Olav Hylland. The harbour authority owns the ferry quay and a smaller quay by the shop on the eastern side of the Nærøyelvi river.
The smaller harbours in Aurland, Undredal, Dyrdal, Styvi and Bakka have no tender quays or floating landing stages and are designed for local ferries. In Aurland there is one quay for cargo vessels, for unloading gravel and asphalt.
